Research on the Internal Logic and Paths of Agricultural Green Development in Weifang under the"Dual-Carbon"Goals

Abstract：The"dual-carbon"goals endowed green agricultural development with new connotations,and the promotion of green and low-carbon transformation in agriculture becomes a key pathway to connect ecological civilization construction with comprehensive rural revitalization.As the birthplace of agricultural industrialization,Weifang is characterized by a leading agricultural industrial scale,sound industrial chains,and a high level of technological application.However,with the in-depth advancement of agricultural industrialization,Weifan's agriculture is facing severe resource and environmental pressures,and the transition to green and low-carbon development is imminent.Based on the realistic foundation of agricultural green development in Weifang,this paper analyzed the internal logic of agricultural green development under the"dual-carbon"goals from three dimensions:conceptual guidance,efficiency improvement,and function expansion.It systematically reviewed the current challenges,including a lack of diverse stakeholders in governance,insufficient integration of industry-university-research,inadequate control of non-point source pollution,imperfect policy and standard systems,and a lack of innovation in financial services.Furthermore,it put forward targeted realization paths from aspects such as building a multi-subject participation pattern,forging a green whole industry chain,strengthening technological and digital empowerment,deepening the prevention and control of non-point source pollution,and improving green financial services,so as to provide practical reference for major agricultural cities in promoting green and low-carbon transformation.
