Abstract：Brassica juncea,a traditional and characteristic vegetable product of Zhejiang province,is significant for enhancing agricultural efficiency.This paper comprehensively reviewed the progress achieved in the development of Zhejiang's B.juncea industry chain,encompassing multiple aspects,including germplasm resource identification,breeding of new cultivars,innovations in cultivation techniques,advancement of mechanization,research advances on disease control,and improvements in processing technologies.Key issues such as the limitations of existing varieties,bottlenecks in mechanized planting and harvesting techniques,and constraints in processing were discussed,with the aim of providing reference for the development of the B.juncea industry in Zhejiang province.
