Abstract：Based on the current and effective National Food Safety Standard-Maximum Residue Limits of Pesticides in Food(GB 2763-2021),this study focused on key pome fruits(apples,pears,hawthorns,loquats,quinces)and systematically summarized,by pesticide category,MRLs,ADI,and detection methods stipulated for these fruits in GB 2763-2021,aiming to assist relevant stakeholders in applying the standard more effectively.In addition,this paper put forward improvement suggestions for the maximum residue limits of pesticides in pome fruits in China.This paper was of great significance for the formulation and revision of the maximum residue limit standard for pesticides in pome fruits in China,which helped to ensure the edible safety of pome fruits and promoted the healthy development of the industry.
