Analysis of Suitable Pesticides for Green Food Water Dropwort Production

Abstract：As one of the important aquatic vegetables in China,water dropwort is mainly consumed fresh and has extremely high requirements for the quality and safety of agricultural products.Its unique aquatic growth mode complicates the residue and degradation patterns of pesticides after application.Based on the green food standard system and GB 2763-2021,this study screened and analyzed pesticides applicable to green food production of water dropwort.The results showed that among 159 pesticide products(involving 33 pesticides),15 pesticides complied with NY/T 393-2020.Among them,five pesticides(glufosinae-ammonium,zineb,beta-cypermethrin,thiophanate-methyl,and bisultap)were not uniquely correspond to NY/T 393-2020,which affected the quality assessment of green food.The residue limits of imidacloprid,phoxim,and mixture imidacloprid-phoxim belong to the"uniform limit standard"pesticides,which are easily exceeded in production as long as they are used.In conclusion,through rigorous screening,this study identified seven pesticides suitable for green food production of water dropwort.
