Study on the Development Strategies of Characteristic Fruit Industries in Kashgar Based on SWOT Analysis

Abstract：This study focused on the characteristic fruit industry in Kashgar region.By applying the SWOT analysis method,it comprehensively analyzed the strengths,weaknesses,as well as the external opportunities and threats faced by the development of this industry.The research found that the characteristic fruit industry in Kashgar region had advantages such as rich variety resources,superior natural environment,and policy support.However,it also had disadvantages such as weak infrastructure,low industrialization level,and insufficient brand building.In terms of the external environment,it faced opportunities such as the growing domestic market demand and the trade opportunities brought by the Belt and Road Initiative.At the same time,it was also threatened by intensified market competition and high logistics costs.Based on the results of this SWOT analysis,development countermeasures were proposed,such as strengthening infrastructure construction,enhancing the industrialization level,strengthening brand building,expanding sales channels,and improving scientific and technological innovation capabilities.The aim was to promote sustainable and high-quality development of the characteristic fruit industry in Kashgar region,and to contribute to the regional economic growth and farmers' income growth.
