Research on the Development Mode Innovation of Fruit and Vegetables Cold Chain Logistics in Fujian under the Digital Economy

Abstract：Under the digital economy,cold chain logistics can achieve service and business models of precise distribution,intelligent monitoring and efficient management through resource integration,providing consumers with more convenient,safe and personalized logistics services.This article summarized the current situation of cold chain logistics for fruit and vegetables in Fujian province.At present,the cold chain logistics of fruit and vegetables in Fujian province had achieved certain results,and a transportation network had been initially constructed.The cold chain infrastructure in some areas had been improved.However,it still faced many challenges,such as a shortage of cold chain professionals,making it difficult to keep up with the pace of industry development,insufficient sharing of cold chain information,resulting in blockages in the connection of various links;weak logistics supervision,with many security loopholes,and poor docking of cold chain facilities and equipment,reducing the overall operational efficiency.Based on the summary of domestic and foreign research experience,a development path for cold chain logistics of fruit and vegetables in Fujian province based on digital economy was proposed to promote the sustainable development of fruit and vegetable cold chain logistics.
