Study on Callus Induction Conditions of Pomegranate Leaves of'Tunisia Soft Seed'

Abstract：In order to develop genetic transformation test of pomegranate,in this paper,using leaves in'Tunisia soft-seed'pomegranate as explants,the different growth regulators on callus regeneration of leaves by response surface method was studied.The results showed that the optimal medium was MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+1.0 mg/L 2,4-D+0.2 mg/L NAA,the induction rate was 83.9％,and most of the callus grew well.At the same time,a high efficient rapid propagation system of'Tunisia soft-seed'pomegranate was established.And it also provided a theoretical basis for improving pomegranate breeding technology.
