The Effect on Indoor Biological Activity of Different Bactericides against Pectobacterium carotovorum of Pakchoi Cabbage and Field Control Efficiency

Abstract：Soft rot is a common disease in summer cultivation of pakchoi cabbage.To select the suitable bactericides for control of soft rot of pakchoi cabbagee by Pectobacterium carotovorum,oxford-cup antimicrobial method was used to establish the regression equation and get EC50 value,further analyzed combined with disease incidences,disease index and control effect in field.Results showed that kasugamycin 20%WG,zhongshengmycin 3%WP,chloroisobromine cyanuric acid 50%SP and zinc thiazole 30%SC had antibacterial activity against soft rot bacteria,and the control effect of soft rot was good,they could be used as the optimal bactericides for controlling soft rot.
