Selection Experiment of Oilseed-vegetable Dual-purpose Brassica napus Varieties in Hilly Areas of Southern Sichuan Region

Abstract：To select oilseed-vegetable dual-purpose Brassica napus varieties suitable for planting in the southern Sichuan hilly region with high comprehensive production efficiency,eleven new cabbage-type rapeseed varieties(strains)were used as materials.The growth period,seed yield,stem yield,and comprehensive economic benefits of each variety were compared and analyzed.The results of the experiment showed that'Yiza 16-5717''Yizaoyou No.1'and'Yiza 16-5873'had the highest comprehensive economic benefits and were suitable for demonstration and application as oilseed-vegetable dual-purpose B.napus varieties in the southern Sichuan hilly region.The popularization of oilseed-vegetable dual-purpose B.napus varieties was conducive to improving the enthusiasm of farmers to plant rapeseed and the economic efficiency of rapeseed in southern Sichuan.
