Nutritional Characteristics of Organic Scallion and Integrated Pest Management Measures

Abstract：Organic scallion is more nutritious than common scallion because of its special growing environment and growing process. Disease and pest control is the key step in the process of organic scallion planting. This paper introduces the quality characteristics of organic scallion from two aspects of nutrition and ecology, and analyses the pest control measures of organic scallion from the aspects of environmental control technology, agricultural control, physical control, biological control and chemical control.
