Abstract：With the continuous improvement of the living standards of our people, the demand for rare and special vegetables has gradually increased.In this paper, the author described the restricting factors and prospect in the process of development of rare and special vegetables, and put forward a few points of development strategy, aiming to provide guiding significance for the sustainable development of China's rare and special vegetable.
