Application Effect Research ofγ-polyglutamic Acid on the Tomato

Abstract：To investigate application effect of γ-PGA on the tomato, the growth index, polyglutamic acid, and yield was studied in the paper. The result showed that application of the polyglutamic acid processing tomato SPAD value and the yield was 5.61%, 5.41%higher than that of the water control respectively.
