Abstract：In recent years, along with a widely use of pesticides and fertilizers, pesticide residue of agriculture products has become increasingly a serious problem. So the efficient, accurate techniques for detecting pesticide residues are urgent need. In this paper, the author introduced latest research and application for rapid detecting pesticide residuesin fruits and vegetables at home and abroad, and mainly focused on the research progress of the latest detection technology, such as chromatography, immunoassays, biosensors law and liquid workstations. By comparison with conventional detection techniques, there is high efficiency, accuracy and good stability advantages in new detection technology, which will privid good development prospects for the rapid detection of pesticide residues.
