Abstract：In this paper, the author briefly introduced the characteristics of Pingjiao9199, and summarized production process, key cultivation techniques of seedling, planting, planting density, fertilizer management, pest management, harvesting etc, aiming to provide reference for hot pepper in protected and open field cultivation in spring.
