Detection of Sodium Cyclamate in Dried Apple Slices

Abstract：Testing Sodium cyclamate in dried apple with LC-MS/MS method in the paper, the method was developed based on novel HPLC column Inertsil ODS-3 with acetonitrile, 10mmol/L ammonium acetate (pH=4.0) as mobile phase, combined with MS, which used negative ion scaning, and quantification ion pair was 178.2/79.8. A good linear was in 0~800.0ng/mL, and detection limit was 0.013mg/kg, and adding standard recovery was 91.9%~99.2%. There were advantages such as being fast, easy, reproducible and relatively sensitive compared with conventional gas chromatography with the method.
