Influence of Bagging Apple on Microenvironment in Bags and Their Effects on Fruit Quality

Abstract：In this paper, the author studied the influence of microenvironment in bags for bagging Red Fuji apple and their effects on the fruit quality. The results showed that there was a negative correlation between the changes of temperature and humidity in the bags. On the sunny day, the highest temperature appeared from 14:00 to 15:00, while the lowest at 6:00 to 7:00. On a cloudy day, the highest temperature appeared at 13:00 and the lowest at about 8:00. Bagging had obvious effects on fruit quality, and it had better effects in improving fruit appearance quality, and declined the internal quality.
