Detection of Methyl Parathion in Tea

Abstract：In this paper, we tested methyl parathion in green tea, black tea, Puer tea, oolong tea with LC-MS/MS method. The method was developed based on novel HPLC column Inertsil ODS-3 with methanol and 0.1% acetic acid as mobile phase, combined with MS, which used positive ion scanning, and quantification ion pair was 264.0/125.0. A good linear in 0~2.0ng/mL was obtained. And the detection limit was 0.47ng/kg. The adding standard recovery was 83.5%~106.3%. This method is suitable for methyl parathion residues analysis in green tea, black tea, Puer tea, oolong tea.
