Abstract：Agricultural service refers to the industry that provides service for all kinds of agricultural production link. It plays an indispensable role and important strategic position in the new socialist countryside construction and the development of modern agriculture in the process. It is objective needs and protection to realize the industrialization of agriculture, the establishment of farmers income system and rural urbanization.
