Evaluation of Heavy Metal Pollution in Vegetables in Jinan City

Abstract:In this paper, the main city of heavy metal pollution in vegetables sold in Jinan market were analyzed and evaluated. The study found content of heavy metal elements was Zn>Cu>Pb>Cr in leafy vegetables, Zn>Cr>Cu>Pb in root vegetables, Zn>Cu>Cr>Pb in fruit vegetable. The heavy metal content in leek, potato and cucumber in vegetables was relatively high. In 107 samples of vegetables in the detected, the maximum comprehensive pollution index was 2.1517, and the minimum was 0.0342, four kinds of heavy metals pollution is the most serious in Pb, Cu and Zn pollution is relatively less than Pb and Cr pollution.
