Abstract：In this paper, we analyzed the characteristics of the American cold-chain logistics industry. Comparing to them,we still have a long road ahead. In order to develop our agricultural cold chain logistics system, we summed up the experience that we learned from the American agricultural cold chain logistics here to read.
