Development States and Situation Analysis of Garlic Bolt Industry in China

Abstract：In this article, the storage amount, quality and effectiveness of garlic in 2014 were briefly reviewed, and the quality and technical problems during storage garlic were analyzed. Then we analyzed the current dilemma of garlic industry, and predicted the yield and storage of garlic in the next year, then discussed the business strategy of sustainable development, in order to promote the development of garlic industry.
