The Planting Status and Development Measures of Konjac in Enshi State of Hubei Province

Abstract：In this paper, the planting status of konjac in Enshi state was described, and the development measures of Hubei province were analysed from four aspects, including market stimulation, processing enterprises driven, technology driven innovation and governmentIndustry guide. At last, the basic experience of konjak planting industry healthy development was summarized, and the the future development direction was put forward.
