Development Tendency and Present States of Mustard Processing Industry in Yinzhou District

Abstract：The status of mustard processing industry in Yinzhou district was reviewed. The problems existing in the mushroom research field was analyzed. Based on this, we proposed appropriate measures and recommendations of sustainable development of mustard processing industry.
