Abstract：In this experiment, we analyzed the effects of culture material formula and different culture material treatment methods on the growth and yield of . The result showed that, adding a small amount of material to the cottonseed hull medium of corncob granule, and making fermentedculture material normal pressure sterilization treatment, this method can enhance the growth process of and increase its yield, with biological efficiency reaching 97.4%.
