Present Situation and Suggestions of Cold Chain Logistics of Fruits and Vegetables in China

Abstract：The production of fruits and vegetables is huge in China. Fruits and vegetables are perishable, and cumbersome circulation links and incomplete cold chain facilities result in enormous losses of fruits and vegetables. That's very different from the complete cold chain logistics system in developed countries. The development of cold chain logistics of fruits and vegetables is relatively slow and the level of cold chain circulation rate is far lower than the developed countries, which makes the development of cold chain logistics of fruits and vegetables face a severe test. In this paper, the current situation of cold chain logistics of fruits and vegetables were studied, and the achievements of some provinces in cold chain logistics of fruit and vegetable and suggestions are summarized and proposed.
