Determination of Nucleotide Content in Jinsixiaozao by HILIC

Abstract：In this paper, we used <br> cv. Jinsixiaozao as experimental material to determine its nucleotide <br> conten. We have established a method, that is ultrasonically assisted extraction combined HILIC. Then we optimized the method. The results proved that the method had good precision, reproducibility and stability.
