Separation and Identification of Pathogenic Fungi from the Postharvest

Abstract:In this paper, postharvest deseases of <br> were studied. Through the separation of pathogenic <br> fungi from the decay <br> , five bacterial strains were identified. After inoculation on <br> with these isolates, the same symptom as naturally infected lyceum were found. It was shown that Penicillium, Alternaria, Aspergillus niger, Trichoderma and Aspergillus flavus are the main pathogenic fungi causing the decay of <br> .
