Abstract：Amino acids, the basic unit of proteins, are formed by the amino and carboxyl groups of organic matter. Amino acids is one of the material composition of the life body. Protein in the human body is mainly realized through the digestion and absorption of amino acids, amino acid is final nutrition factor, in addition to small molecule amino acids not only easy to absorb, but also better participate in the activities of life.Amino acids have been widely used in food, medicine and feed industries, and become a major industry worldwide.
