Abstract：Lycium barbarum polysaccharides (LBP) were extracted from the Lycium barbarum and was one of the most important bioactive substance, such as immunoregulation, anti-tumor, anti-oxidant, anti-aging, which will have a broad prospect in development and application. The research progress including structure and properties, extract protocol, and bioactivity were reviewed in this paper, and the prospect of polysaccharides comprehensive utilization was also proposed.
