Green Food Production Specifications of Lotus Root

Abstract：According to green food production standards, the author summarized technical regulations of lotus root production, and presented the quality requirements of the ambient atmosphere, irrigation water, soil environment so as to provide a theoretical basis for production of green lotus root.
