Abstract：Edible fungus is a kind of organic, nutrition, health green food. Edible fungus industry is an industry of small investment, short period, quick, high selling price, and it is developing rapidly in recent years. In this article, it discussed the development statue of the edible fungus industry in Hancheng and the development advantage and problems. On this basis, development strategies was put forward. In summary, this paper wants to provide the basis for the development of edible fungus.
