Studies on Extraction Technology of Water-soluble Ingredient in Flammulina Velutipes Root

Abstract：The objective of this paper is to study the extraction technology of water-soluble ingredient in flammulina velutipes root. In this study, we obtained the water soluble extract of Flammulina velutipes root through by hot water extraction technology, and optimized the extraction condition through multi factor orthogonal experiment. The best procedure for acquisition of these water extracts was determined, the ratio of material to liquid was 1:10, the extraction temperature was 90℃and the time was 4h, the extraction rate was 35.7%, respectively.
