Improvement Analysis on Organophsphorus in Vegetables by QuEChERS-GC-MS Method in Vegetables

Abstract：In this paper improvement of QuEChERS combined with GC-MS method which was used to measured organophosphorus pesticide in 12 kinds of vegetables were developed. Extractants and dehydrants were optimized, including different type of PSA, C18 and GCB. In the end, we get the optimal ratio of scavenger.For the 12 pesticides residues, the average recoveries were in range of 80%~110%, and relative standard deviations were 3.0%~12.0%. The limits of quantification were in range of 0.5~8μg/kg. Based on these results, the analytical method was proven to be highly efficient, robust and sensitive, and suitable for detection of OPPS in vegetables.
