The Development Prospect of Blending Beverage with Chinese Chestnuts and Red Jujube

Abstract：Chinese chestnuts is a famous traditional agricultural products with its unique flavor and nutrition. Red jujube named"Vitamin pill in nature" are rich in protein, sugar, amina-acids, carotene, VB, VC, Ca, P, Fe and other nutritional elements. In this paper, the nutrition and healthy function of chinese chestnuts and red jujube were introduced, the research focus and utilization situation as food were analysed and the broad development prospects of blending beverage with chinese chestnuts and red dates were illuminated.
