Analysis and Evaluation of Nutrition Components of Wild Zingiber Mioga Rose on Highland

Abstract:The stems and the buds of the Zingiber mioga rose were studied in this paper. The main mineral elements, polyphenols, flavonoids and other nutrients and functional components were detected and analysed. The content of iron, calcium, zinc are higher than ordinary vegetables in the buds of the Zingiber mioga rose. The flavonoids content in the stems and the buds of the Zingiber mioga rose is greater than 1%. The polyphenol content were 0.38%, 0.48%, 0.83%respectively in the stems, drying and freeze drying of the buds of the Zingiber striolatum Diels. Through the above research, it provide scientific basis for further development and utilization of Zingiber striolatum Diels.
