Effects of Different Preservative Filmson Dendrobium Officinale Storage Quality under Low Temperature

Abstract：The caulis dendrobii storage quality with different preservative film under 0℃ was studied .Caulis dendrobii were packed with the PVC film, PE film and microporous membrane,respectively. Compared to the control with bulk Caulis dendrobii, the preservation quality of Caulis dendrobii were discussed by measuring the weightlessness rate, membrane permeability, MDA and soluble solids. The results indicate that the preservation effect treated with PVC film packaging of Caulis dendrobii is best.and the caulis dendrobii quality during storage at 0℃were retained effectively.
