Abstract:The principle of centrifugal separation of biological fluids was used to obtain the final product by centrifugal compression of ultrafine powders on the non-standard centrifuge that was researched by ourselves. The dynamical behavior of centrifugal compression of the powder was analyzed theoretically. The compressive law of the powder under impact compression condition was discussed, and the nonlinear relationship between pressure and porosity of the powder during compression process was studied. The dynamics equation of pressure and volume reduction rate of the powder was obtained by carrying out the experimental study on the superfine powder compression of carbon-white and silicon. The results show that the relationship of apparent density of the carbon-white and the silicon and the pressure is characterized by Heckel equation in the range of centrifugal pressure 0~0.3 MPa,and the curve characteristic accords with the quadratic function law.
