Counting efficiency calibration for optical particle counter in the full range of particle size

Abstract：In order to calibrate the counting efficiency in the whole particle size range of the optical particle counter,two kinds of calibration methods were investigated,such as Optical particle counter (OPC)-condensation particle counter (CPC)-aerosol electrometer (FCAE)step-traceability method and optical microscope counting method.And based on this work,a welltraceability calibration device was finally established.The resules show that the calibration device has well-traceability and can be used to ensure accuracy of metrology technology about to evaluate the counting efficiency of optical particle counter in our country.
