Abstract:In order to study the effect of solid phase particles on the performance of gas.-liquid-solid three-phase separator, the numerical simulation and analysis were carried out for comparing the solid volume fraction distribution, velocity field and separation efficiency of gas-liquid-solid three-phase separation cyclone used for the ASP flooding produced fluid treating with solid particle size and solid content changing, using Fluent of the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software. The results show that the particle size change of inlet solid particles has great influence on the radial velocity, and the relationship between the two factors is linear. The greater the particle size is,the greater the radial velocity is in the near wall region of the cyclone.Different particle size has little influence on tangential velocity and axial velocity. With the increase of the solid content, the degassing efficiency of the hydrocyclone is firstly increased and then decreased.
