Study on Comminution Process and Micronization Efficiency of Potato Starch by Ball Milling
Abstract：Potato starch is mechanically ground by ball milling.The granular appearance,granule size distribution and specific surface of the starch are studied before and after milling.The comminution process and micronization effciency of the starch are discussed based on ultra-micronization model.The results show that potato starch can be effectively micronized by ball milling.
