Effect of pH Value of Medium on Hydrothermal Synthesis of Nano-crystalline Zirconia Powders
Abstract：Cerium doped zirconia powders with 3～7nm grain size without aggregation are synthesized by hydrothermal method.The relationship between grain size,monclinic phase content and grain morphology and the pH value of medium is analysized by XRD and TEM.The results show that with pHvalue of medium increasing grain sizes of zirconia increase;with pH value of medium decreasing to acid monoclinic phase content of zirconia grain in crease,and the grains aggregation.
