Influence of Sonic Field on ZrO2 Gel by Sol-gel
Abstract：The effect of sonic field on ZrO3 gel made by sol-gel method is studied.The results show that the gel which the size is mean and dispersion is good can be obtained under suitable sonic field.There is little agglemeration within the gel.
