Study on Synthsizing SiC and Si3N4 Fine Powder with Coal and SiO2
Abstract：Under the condition of 1500℃ with N2 gas,the experiments show that SiC can be easily synthesized with low rank coal and Si3N4 can be easily synthesized with high rank coal,but neither SiC nor Si3N4 is easily synthesized with gas coal,rich coal and coke coal which are between low rank coal and high rank coal.And the reasons are mainly related to the property that the bodies of various rank coals get variations under high temperature and the difference of their pore structure.
