Abstract：The construction of a closely knit county-level medical community is a key part of the country's deepening reform of the medical and health system,as well as an important measure to promote the construction of a hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system and enhance the capacity of county-level medical and health services.The article delves into the actual situation and existing problems of the construction of closely knit county-level medical communities in Heilongjiang Province,and proposes targeted response strategies,aiming to provide reference for the high-quality development of medical and health care in Heilongjiang Province.
