Abstract:OBJECTIVE To understand the current status of routine immune delay and leakage of the acellular pertussis combined vaccine(DTaP)for Newborn children in Chengguan District of Lanzhou and analyze the influencing factors of delayed vaccination of DTaP.It will provide data support for formulating strategies to improve timely vaccination of DTaP.METHODS The vaccination records of children born from 2021 to 2023 were collected through the comprehensive platform for disease prevention and control management in Gansu Province. The delayed vaccination rate of 1~3 doses of vaccine and the leakage rate of DTaP 2 and DTaP 3 were analyzed. The x2 test was used to compare the regional differences in delayed vaccination of pertussis vaccine at 1 dose,2 dose, and 3 dose, and the delayed vaccination and leakage situation of pertussis vaccine were statistically analyzed by region. The total proportion of delayed DTaP 1,DTaP 2,and DTaP 3 in children born in Chengguan District of Lanzhou from 2021 to 2023 was 22.90%,52.46%,and 69.24%,respectively.Among them, the proportion of delayed DTaP 1,DTaP 2,and DTaP 3 in the eastern region was higher than that in the western region in 2021 and 2023,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total leakage rates of DTaP 2 and DTaP 3 were 2.39%and 6.27%,respectively.The total leakage rates of DTaP2 and DTaP3 were higher in the eastern region than in the western region, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The proportion of delayed vaccination of DTaP 2 and DTaP 3 among eligible children in Chengguan District of Lanzhou is relatively high and there is a certain degree of leakage, especially in the eastern region.Further analysis is needed to identify the reasons for the imbalance of vaccination services between the eastern and western regions, change service concepts, improve the level of children's vaccination services, and avoid delayed and missed vaccination.
