Research of Construction of A Health Monitoring and Evaluation Index System in Qingdao

Abstract：OBJECTIVE To Establish a scientific and feasible monitoring and evaluation index system for a healthy Qingdao to provide an evaluation basis for the construction of a healthy Qingdao.METHODS A preliminary monitoring and evaluation index system for Healthy Qingdao was developed through literature review,expert interviews,and panel discussions.The Delphi method was used to screen and determine the indicators,and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was adopted for weighting.RESULTS Through two rounds of the Delphi method,a health monitoring and evaluation index system for Qingdao was ultimately constructed,consisting of 5 first-level indicators,29 second-level indicators,and 64 third-level indicators.The weights of the first-level indicators are 0.295 2,0.183 5,0.138 2,0.087 8,and 0.295 2 respectively.CONCLUSION The reliability of the health monitoring and evaluation index system for Qingdao constructed through research is relatively high and has certain innovativeness,providing an action guide and scientific basis for the construction of a healthy Qingdao.
