Research on the Coupling Coordination Degree Between the Quality of Traditional Chinese Medicine Services and Economic and Social Development in Jiangxi Province

Abstract：OBJECTIVE To explore the coupling and coordination between the quality of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)service and the level of economic and social development in Jiangxi Province,identify the obstacle factors,and put forward the optimization strategy,so as to provide reference for promoting the benign interaction and coordinated development between the two.METHODS The related indexes of Jiangxi Health and Wellness Statistics Abstract and Jiangxi Statistical Yearbook were selected.Based on the coupling coordination degree model,the coupling coordination relationship between TCM service quality and economic and social development in Jiangxi Province was analyzed by using entropy method,relative development degree model and obstacle degree model.RESULTS From 2017 to 2022,the average coupling coordination degree of TCM service quality and economic and social development in Jiangxi Province was about 0.6.At the end of 2022,2 cities reached a good coordination stage,1 city reached an intermediate coordination stage,3 cities reached a primary coordination stage,2 cities were in a reluctant coordination stage,2 cities were on the verge of imbalance,and 1 city was in a mild imbalance stage.The number of health institutions in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals,regional GDP,and regional general public budget revenue are the main obstacle factors affecting the quality of traditional Chinese medicine services and economic and social development.CONCLUSION The coordinated development level of TCM service quality and economic and social coupling in Jiangxi Province shows a steady upward trend,but there is still room for improvement.The service quality of traditional Chinese medicine in Jiangxi Province is better than the level of economic and social development.There are significant regional differences between the service quality of traditional Chinese medicine and economic and social development in Jiangxi Province.The service quality and economic and social development of traditional Chinese medicine in Jiangxi Province are affected by many obstacles.
