Analysis of Screening Results for"Two Cancers"Among Eligible Women in Tengzhou of Shandong from 2020 to 2024

Abstract：OBJECTIVE To nalyze the screening results for cervical cancer and breast cancer(referred to as the"two cancers")among women of appropriate age in Tengzhou of Shandong from 2020 to 2024,to provide a scientific basis for formulating effective prevention and control measures for these cancers.METHODS Collect and analyze the screening data of cervical precancerous lesions,cervical cancer,atypical breast hyperplasia,and breast cancer detection rates,along with early diagnosis rates of these"two cancers"among women of appropriate age in Tengzhou of Shandong from 2020 to 2024.RESULTS The detection rate of precancerous lesions of cervical cancer in Tengzhou of Shandong from 2020 to 2024 was 424.10/105,which decreased from 424.43/105 in 2020 to 358.10/105 in 2024.The detection rate of cervical cancer was 36.11/105,which increased from 42.85/105 in 2020 to 46.71/105 in 2024.The detection rate of atypical hyperplasia of breast was 0.44/105,and the detection rate of breast cancer was 69.58/105,rising from 69.38/105 in 2020 to 77.85/105 in 2024.The average early diagnosis rate of cervical cancer was 95.79％,which decreased from 97.38/105 in 2020 to 93.41/105 in 2024,with a growth rate of-4.08％and an average growth rate of-0.83％.The average early diagnosis rate of breast cancer was 74.52％.The early diagnosis rate would rise from 64.71/105 in 2020 to 88.57/105 in 2024,with a growth rate of 36.88％and an average growth rate of 6.48％.CONCLUSION In recent years,the cervical and breast cancer screening program in Tengzhou has achieved certain results.However,it is essential to further enhance the technology and quality of these screenings,intensify efforts to screen high-risk populations,and expand the scope of education and awareness regarding cervical and breast cancer.
