Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the comorbidity and correlation of common chronic diseases in elderly patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD),then provide reference for the precise treatment and refined management of patients with CKD.METHODS From January to March 2024,the questionnaire survey and laboratory tests were conducted to collect basic and clinical data of elderly CKD patients in our community, then analyzed the components of common chronic diseases in patients, and explored the correlation between CKD and common chronic diseases.RESULTS The proportion of female CKD patients with diabetes was higher than that of male CKD patients. The proportion of male CKD patients with overweight/obesity was higher than that of female patients, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of CKD patients with diabetes in the 60~74 age group was higher than that in the>75 age group. The distribution of diabetes in different CKD stages was different. The proportion of patients with hypertension and diabetes in patients with proteinuria was higher than that in patients without proteinuria. The proportion of patients with proteinuria and hyperuricemia was lower than that of patients without proteinuria, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The mean values of FBG,BMI,TC,and SUA were different among patients with different combinations of common chronic diseases, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The combination of common chronic diseases with equal or more than 3 items,a history of hypertension,a history of diabetes, and male gender are risk factors for decreased eGFR and positive microalbuminuria in elderly CKD patients.CONCLUSION The comorbidity rate of common chronic diseases in elderly patients with CKD in a certain community of Shanghai is high, and the combination rules should be searched, and precise treatment measures and fine management should be taken for different disease combinations.
