Abstract：Wujin District focuses on developing a universal childcare service system,and actively explores new ideas and measures for the development of childcare services from policy support,publicity and education,departmental cooperation,resource integration,medical education integration,training guidance,and other aspects,promoting high-quality development of childcare services.At the same time,in response to the actual problems existing in current childcare institutions,improvement suggestions and recommendations are proposed from the aspects of strengthening supervision and management,improving reward and subsidy policies,enhancing team building,improving service skills,strengthening business guidance,reasonably controlling development,and increasing publicity and guidance.
